As an LMFT intern, I am fully committed to helping my clients. I believe that providing care to the whole person means not just treating the symptoms of the diagnosis. I follow the solution-focused therapeutic method, focusing on the solution and not the problem. I take clients of all ages and demographics, with a speciality in adolescent and trauma therapy. I have experience working with the veteran community in support of local non-profits. I have seen the difference that therapy makes in a person’s life. Good therapy helps to heal trauma, anxiety, depression, and can limit symptoms of adhd, and other mental health diagnoses. I provide therapy services in person and virtually.
