About

I completed my doctoral degree in clinical psychology (PsyD) at La Salle University in Philadelphia and am licensed in CA and WA. I have worked with children, teens, & adults with emotional & behavioral dysregulation, relationship issues, suicidal thinking, substance abuse issues, & difficulty with life transitions. I’m trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness acceptance-based approaches. Specializing further, using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Exposure for treating trauma. I have expertise in treating Eating Disorders, Body image issues, Trauma, Suicidal behaviors, & Borderline Personality disorder. View 7 Photos

My therapy is rooted in the interaction between the environment as well as our biology which influence our beliefs & potentially maladaptive behaviors. I believe each individual is unique & brings forth their own expertise. I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to explore difficulties & use their strengths to achieve a life worth living

I’m a native East Coaster enjoying the sun and warmth that southern California brings. When not working, I can be found at the beach, practicing yoga, enjoying the outdoors whether reading a book or hiking, and spending time with my goofy golden retriever.
