I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor offering both in-person sessions in North Palm Beach and virtual sessions for adults. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of South Florida in 2009 and pursued further education, earning a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University in 2018. Throughout my career, I've worked in various capacities supporting individuals in residential facilities dealing with substance use and concurrent mental health issues. I have extensive experience helping individuals and families achieve their therapeutic goals. My therapeutic approach is tailored to each individual's needs, focusing on enhancing self-awareness and providing education to foster self-discovery.
