About

Psychotherapy is a transformative journey that can lead to self-discovery and empowerment. I work with children, adolescents, and adults to help with a spectrum of life's challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, issues of self-esteem, emotion dysregulation, and social anxiety. I aim to create a safe space for exploration and growth, fostering an emotional environment that empowers individuals to delve into their thoughts, feelings, and unconscious motivations. I work through a psychodynamic lens, helping to construct a narrative that links the impact of our early experiences to who we are today.

I am passionate about helping people learn how to better embrace complex and challenging emotions so that they have the tools to build a more fulfilling life. With children, I use play-based techniques to help them better understand themselves, strengthen their ability to regulate difficult emotions, and connect with those around them.

I have years of experience providing psychotherapy in a variety of settings, including psychoanalytic institute, elementary school, college counseling, and outpatient hospital settings. If you are feeling overwhelmed or don’t know how or where to begin healing, I encourage you to reach out for a free phone consultation to see if we are a good fit.
