I work with clients statewide via telehealth. I currently work with adults and specialize in anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, and adjustment disorders using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Grief Informed Care to help my clients make start feeling better and reach their goals.

I utilize a person-centered approach. This means that you are the central focus of your treatment and the overall process of Psychotherapy within this therapeutic relationship. I will meet you where you are at and focus on what's best for you. We might also use CBT, DBT, mindfulness, ACT, and other modalities deemed appropriate.

We will spend time gathering information as well as getting to know each other to make sure we are a good fit. I will ask questions to better understand you and your situation and how this space can be used to help you. Not just the first, but the first couple of sessions are really a time for us to get to know each other and for you to feel safe.
