My name is Jessica, and I am a Resident in Counseling with Ivy Road Center for Psychotherapy and Mediation. We are located a short distance from the heart of UVA next to "Foods of All Nations". I have a diverse background of working with a range of Clients, including adults, persons in college, adolescents/children, and couples. I can offer skills and support with anxiety/depression, guide college students through academic and personal stressors, or assist children in processing their emotions and experiences through play-therapy. I offer a sliding scale for those who may benefit from a lower rate. If this applies to you, we can talk about what's affordable during a free 15 minute phone call. With a strong belief in the power of the therapeutic relationship, I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where my clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I believe that every person has the ability to grow and heal, and I am committed to supporting them on their journey towards self-discovery and personal growth.
