About

I help women to overcome their trauma histories to become a better version of themselves. If any of these describe you, I can help: 1. You grew up in a household that ignored the elephant in the room or brushed problems under the rug 2. You struggle to know your worth 3. You have a hard time setting boundaries 4. You don't feel "good enough" 5. You struggle with anxiety, insecurity, or guilt 6. Most importantly, you want to become a better version of yourself and are ready to do the work needed to make changes with the support of a caring professional.

I have been a therapist for over 15 years and am continuing to grow every day as a therapist and person. I am trained in EMDR and have been using it for over 6 years to help people heal from traumatic experiences. I deeply value the therapeutic relationship and strive for comfort and connection in the work I do.

If you are looking for a therapist that is authentic and truly non-judgemental to help you work through your "stuff", give me a call. And if I am not the right fit for you, I will help you find someone that is so you can get the support you want.
