Dr. Jessica Foley is a board certified clinical neuropsychologist/diplomat of the American Academy of Neuropsychology, and licensed clinical psychologist in the state of California with approx. 20 years of experience conducting neuropsychological evaluation across the lifespan. She has many years of experience in conducting such evaluations in the context of neurologic (e.g., TBI, epilepsy, brain tumor, MS, movement disorders, neurodegenerative), neurodevelopmental (ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Specific Learning Disability) and psychiatric factors interfering with academic, occupational, and other aspects of everyday functioning. I provide neuropsychological evaluation (ages 14+), to determine causes of real-life struggles, via assessment of attention, processing speed, memory, language, spatial, executive, mood and personality functions. Results of an individually tailored test battery serve identify areas of abnormality and targeted treatment recommendations to improve functioning. I am deeply invested in understanding the underlying bases of an individual's struggles, so that a targeted treatment plan, realistic compensatory strategies, and appropriate psychotherapy interventions/medication options may be identified. My approach utilizes a comprehensive biopsychosocial framework that explores a variety of potential sources of concern.
