There is help and there are answers. I work with children, adolescents and adults who struggle with ADHD, autism spectrum disorder and post traumatic stress disorder. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques such as play therapy, individual, group and family therapy. I aid clients in obtaining sustainable change and allow them to become active and participate in their treatment. It is not necessary to suffer alone. At Calm and Sense Therapy we have 21 licensed therapists in 3 locations plus Telehealth offerings with daytime, evening and Saturday hours.
