About

My ideal client is someone facing the complexities of life transitions, anxiety, depression, or the challenges of living with a disability. They may be overwhelmed by the stress of caregiving, dealing with substance use, or navigating grief and trauma. They seek a compassionate, understanding ally to help them regain control, find resilience, and build a fulfilling life. Their goal is to overcome obstacles, feel empowered, and create positive change. They want to be heard, respected, and supported as they work towards a future filled with hope and strength.

I work to support individuals through life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, and disabilities. With a Master's in Rehabilitation Counseling, and experience in mental health and substance use disorders, I offer empathetic, tailored therapy. I provide a safe space for clients to feel heard, respected, and empowered to overcome their challenges.

I understand how isolating mental health struggles can be, making it feel like no one truly understands. You don’t have to face this alone. I'm here to offer support and empathy, helping you feel less alone on your journey. If you're ready to start making positive changes, I’m here to listen and support you.
