About

People initiate therapy for many different reasons: a major life transition, to better navigate their relationships, or to begin healing from trauma. I work with my clients to help them gain insight around their thoughts, feelings and patterns, and ultimately make conscious change in their lives.

I believe that the greatest tool in therapy is the therapeutic relationship itself. Without trust and rapport, there is little room for healing. I offer a space that is warm, nonjudgmental, and empathic. I draw upon psychodynamic and person-centered therapies, and tailor my approach to each client's unique and individual needs.

We might be a good fit if you are... feeling stuck and are eager to understand the obstacles that stand in your way / navigating a life transition / seeking insight about your relational and attachment patterns / looking to heal a negative relationship with your body / needing a supportive, empathic relationship on your journey toward personal growth.
