About

I am accepting new clients and am currently available for weekday evening sessions. My primary focus is adults and teens, BIPOC, and Queer folks. I'm looking to work with folks who want to prioritize their healing, lean into difficult conversations, and embrace change in their lives. If you struggle with anything from life transitions or relationships, to managing the stress of systemic oppression, then we may be a good fit for each other. As a Bay Area native, my healing work draws inspiration from the political and cultural movements of the Bay, integrating principles of liberation, decolonization, and collective care.

At the core of my healing work is a person-centered approach, which means I believe people intrinsically have the resources to support their own healing, and my role is to be a guide in that process. I’m experienced in a variety of modalities and am excited to offer EMDR services to support folks in processing trauma and grounding their nervous systems.

Thank you for checking out my profile, and more importantly, thank you for centering your own wellness. It's important that in your search for the right therapist that you find someone that you can connect with. If you think I might be a good fit for you, or you want more info, lets setup a time to connect!
