About

Are you looking to reduce stress, anxiety, and sadness, or perhaps to maximize your happiness and build stronger relationships? Together we'll build a supportive environment that empowers your personal mental health journey. As we explore your emotions, I will use the latest therapeutic strategies gained from my role as an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Weill Cornell Medicine to help you develop practical coping skills for your daily life.

I pride myself on taking a patient-centered approach, utilizing and/or integrating research-backed practices and molding them to the unique needs of each individual person with whom I work. I strive to understand my patients, so that I can help my patients, and I rely on warmth, respect, and years of clinical training and practice to facilitate this process.

Life can bring with it so many challenges at times. And reaching out for help might even be one of them. I invite you to reach out to me. My hope is that after working together things will feel a little bit easier, and that you'll feel heard, supported, and more prepared for whatever comes your way.
