We all have our own life story. We all go through events in our lives that make holes in our hearts. Sometimes those holes heal over time, and sometimes those holes needs some extra time and attention in order to mend. I believe YOU are the experts of your own life; therefore my goal in therapy is to build a supportive relationship with you based on care, trust, empathy and genuineness when you are sharing about these sensitive struggles. View 4 Photos I have created a comfortable and casual environment where you can begin to address and work through the areas causing discord in your life. I have many years working with Mental Health as well as Alcohol and Substance Abuse and come from a non-judgmental and open minded perspective while providing constructive and meaningful feedback. My approach to counseling involves learning about not only the current problem, but also other factors that may contribute. We will work on defining your own goals and explore ways to begin making shifts toward these goals. I use education to help you learn about the issues at hand so that we can explore different options that feel good for YOU.
