About

Have you ever felt like the tasks in life can be impossible one day, and easy the next? Are you at a loss when it comes to how to actually do self care? Do you feel like you struggle more than others with routines and to do lists? The challenges and stressors in life can often leave us feeling on edge and burnt out — especially when living as a neurodivergent person in a neurotypical world. I am here to help you on your journey to finding joy, growth in self identity, and coping with the ups and downs of life.

As an art therapist, I provide opportunities for self-expression and exploration of identity as a way to discover your strengths and work through challenges. I use a person-centered and affirming approach to sessions, focusing on those strengths, developing methods of self-care, and providing space to accept and celebrate who you are.

It can be overwhelming to cope with things that life throws at you. And it can often be difficult to do self-care to cope with feeling overwhelmed when it's hard to figure out what self-care looks like for you. If you are ready to start the process of growth and bloom into your true self, you can contact me today to start your therapeutic journey.
