About

Whether you are looking to cope with mental health concerns or eager to explore and understand yourself more fully, therapy can guide you to a more fulfilling daily experience that you can carry with you over your lifetime. Taking the step to start therapy is a move made out of courage and strength. I believe that through evidence supported treatment, humor, collaboration and a strong, supportive therapeutic relationship, change can begin from the moment we meet. Let's work together to help you build a life worth living!

My passion is in working with those who struggle with OCD and anxiety disorders. I also have experience in and enjoy working with folks around relational issues, difficult family dynamics and identity exploration, to name a few! Please note, I only work with adults at this time.

I am a big fan of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD. I also incorporate Attachment theory and person-centered approaches.
