I see individuals and couples in psychotherapy (adolescents, young adults, and adults) for a wide range of relationship and everyday struggles with feelings of anxiety, depression, and all life transitions. My goal is to help you understand yourself and assist you in finding thoughtful, emotional, and behavioral (taking action in new ways) solutions to your everyday problems.
