I am a compassionate, professional, and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia. Overall, I have almost 9 years of experience in the mental health field working with various populations in different settings (i.e. community based services such as mental health skills building, partial hospitalization for substance use/mental health, outpatient while in Residency). My main modality/training is in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT); however While my specialty includes men's issues, addiction, and mood disorders with adults 18+ I am open to helping anyone that would like to outreach me for consultation.
