About

Are there experiences or challenges in your life that have left you feeling stuck, lost, disconnected, or alone? Are you struggling with your job, relationships, family, or just life in general? Do you need help making sense of the world around you and your place within it? Is it time to begin living your best life? All journeys begin with the first step.

My approach is flexible and collaborative. I use an integrative lens that combines family systems and relational therapy models while incorporating evidence-based interventions. My style is trauma-informed and strengths based. I treat across the lifespan with my area of specialty being trauma. Niche areas include OCD and Tourette's.

I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can bring your full self. I value diversity and welcome clients from all communities and identities. I welcome you to learn more about my practice on my website and I look forward being a part of the next step of your journey.
