Making the choice to come to therapy is a courageous step in the journey of emotional and mental well-being. I will listen to your needs and wants and, using Marriage and Family driven theory, will create a tailored plan to help you achieve your goals. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are affected by trauma, abuse, difficulties in relationships, depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues. Whatever the issue is that you are seeking therapy for, you will be met with empathy, compassion, and professionalism.
