Trauma can impact anyone. We all have experienced it, or know someone who has. You are not alone. I am trauma informed, and use compassion and empathy to stand with my clients through healing. I provide Cognitive Behavioral approaches, along with solution focused, person centered and interpersonal therapies. Breaking free from the chains of our past/present is empowering. I want to walk the path together with you as we address difficult times only to be brought to the light of peace. I also focus on the LGBTQ+ community, as I am a part of that myself.
