Hello, I'm Jennifer Sterling, a licensed clinical mental health counselor and registered addictions specialist with a doctorate degree specializing in relationships. My passion lies in assisting individuals to overcome emotional obstacles, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives, and fostering healthier connections with others. I have found the clients who connect best with my style of therapy are individuals motivated to discover the root causes of their stress, anxiety, addictive behaviors, and relationship challenges.
