About

A wise friend once told me that getting involved in therapy is one of the greatest gifts that you can give yourself, and I think she was right. I am a clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and families experiencing some of life's tough times. I believe that these tough times can pass with some help and support.

Using a variety of evidence-based practices, I help clients learn how to handle stressors, navigate through difficult situations, build resiliency, tap into their own strengths and heal.

I find creative thinking, insight, patience, and humor to be essential for working through many issues. I am a friendly, down-to-earth person and see my role as more of a coach or support as we work towards goals together.
