Creating a safe and accepting space for my clients is my first goal as a therapist. I appreciate the value of warmth and sometimes a little humor to help people feel comfortable. I have significant experience working with clients that struggle with anxiety, depression, mood disorders and low self esteem. Throughout my career I have assisted clients through various life stressors including school issues, divorce, illness and bereavement. I work with adolescents, individual adults, couples and families including parenting counseling. I use a variety of approaches and tools in my practice depending on my clients needs and what they wish to accomplish. I am here to help my clients gain insight, learn coping strategies and use their strengths to work towards their goals and come out feeling more confident, prepared as well as heard and supported. I received my Masters of Social Work (MSW) from The Wurzweiler School at Yeshiva University in 1994 and have over 20 years of experience in the field. I am happy to talk by phone or video call to see if I can help.
