Are you feeling sad, stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, or numb? Do you often feel not enough or too much? Are you struggling with grief? Navigating a life change or ready to work through unprocessed hurt from the past? This being human thing is so challenging at times. Please know –things CAN change and get better. I’m passionate about helping individuals untangle old, outdated patterns of relating to themselves and others. My approach to therapy is integrative, trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative. We’ll focus on symptom reduction and the deeper roots of what’s causing distress to promote lasting embodied change. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I incorporate mind and body-based modalities to fit the unique needs of each person, integrating the whole brain. This may include CBT, mindfulness, exploration of interpersonal neurobiology, somatic inquiry, parts and inner child work or EMDR. Humor and levity may also emerge as medicine along the way. Our greatest struggles, with the right accompaniment, curiosity, and care, can become a deep source of growth, transformation and reward. We’ll work together to uncover and connect with your inner resources, strength and wisdom. Together, we'll find tools that contribute to growth and flexibility in the face of life’s challenges.
