I work with clients ranging in ages from 5 to 18 years old. I enjoy working collaboratively with families and schools to meet the needs of my clients. I provide support for individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, executive functioning difficulties, learning difficulties, and overall self-regulation. I have a passion for helping clients become their own detectives in understanding their emotions and behaviors. It is my goal to help them identify their strengths and the skills needed to live to their full potential, and ultimately bring them happiness. I am a licensed psychologist with a private practice located in lower Westchester, New York. I am also a certified school psychologist. In my practice, I conduct neuropsychological evaluations to provide clients with an understanding of their strengths and weaknesses. In addition, I am trained in CBT, DBT and ACT to support individuals through counseling. I believe relationships are the foundation for a successful therapeutic experience. I provide a knowledgeable, professional, compassionate and fun atmosphere in my counseling and evaluation sessions.
