About

Sometimes life gets complicated. Fortunately, you're not alone. At the Center for Collaborative Therapy, treatment is tailored to meet your specific needs, whether you're struggling with your own personal demons like anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem, or whether you're struggling with problems in your couple or family relationships. Interpersonal problems are often at the root of psychological symptoms. Even children's difficulties are best addressed with those who care for them. It's not easy asking for help, but that first step can make all the difference. Please note that I do not take insurance.

I do not ascribe to a one-size-fits-all model of care. Just as every human presents unique qualities and circumstances, treatment varies. Together, we will evaluate your current situation (home, work, school, wider culture), your emotional and spiritual state of mind, and how you're getting along with others to make a plan that works.

Through the incorporation of new skills, strategies, and insight, you and those you care most about can heal and thrive. Not sure you're ready for therapy? Consider signing up for individualized lessons like "Learning how to disagree and still love each other," and "Adopting a healthier lifestyle one day at a time."
