About

We all have a natural resiliency, but sometimes need external supports to feel empowered. Combining use of verbal psychotherapy, EMDR, creative arts therapy, and mindfulness, I provide this support in a way that best fits your individual needs. I work with all ages, with a specific focus on adolescents and adults. Through the context of a trusting therapeutic relationship, my clients explore issues, both past, present, and future. This brings about a deeper level of self-awareness that leads to personal growth, healing, and the alleviation of stress.

In art therapy, clients utilize image-making to externalize their internal experiences, watching their thoughts and feelings come to life as they create. Both process and imagery lead to new insights and understanding. A wide range of materials are provided and no prior art experience is necessary. EMDR supports client's in reprocessing traumatic memories.

I'm experienced with a diverse clientele, assisting with concerns such as depression, trauma, anxiety, and relationships. Pulling from my comprehensive background, I incorporate innovative approaches and impart concrete life skills. This helps my clients navigate life's ups and downs and shift patterns, thoughts, and behaviors.
