My hope is to be able to help clients gain insight into their struggles as well their strengths to better help clients to navigate their stressors, relationships and life transitions. I am experienced supporting a range of mental health related issues. I utilize evidenced-based treatments as well as other creative and unique forms of therapy to provide the most individualized care for each client.
