We experience many things through out our lives that contribute to developing unhealthy coping skills. Some turn off their emotions, some seek substances and some develop debilitating anxiety. These coping skills start to feel safe and anything else becomes uncomfortable. These coping skills can lead to negative consequences that include prison time. I have experience working with people with a wide range of life experiences and backgrounds, including felons. Asking for help is the biggest step in healing. I can help you through the process of finding all the things you have been running from. My sessions offer non-judgmental, empathetic listening and understanding. I help people reconnect their brain with their body so that are willing to talk about the things that they have been running from. I would be honored to walk through this journey with you. You are the expert of your life, I am here to provide a safe space for you to grow.
