I have wide variety of experience working with LGBTQ+ community, adolescents, anger management, ADHD, "wild child" children, children going through divorce, motivational interviewing and trauma. I utilize positive psychology like identifying and building off of your strengths. My goal is to guide you to investing into self-love, self-care and to make meaning out of life again. Creating a safe place and helping trauma survivors learn to love themselves again is my passion!
