Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I am originally from Upstate NY but lived in the SF Bay/Los Angeles, CA areas before moving to Raleigh. I work with a wide variety of issues specializing in life transitions, grief, loss, and trauma as well as depression and anxiety. I have assisted people with issues surrounding divorce/relationships ending, death of a loved one, traumatic events, chronic illness, feelings of depression and/or anxiety, and a wide array of other difficult life situations.
