About

I work with school-aged children, teens, adults, and elders who are motivated to work on issues of anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and adjustment challenges. I work with several different modalities and we will decide together what fits best within your treatment. My goal for you is to feel safe while exploring and healing from your presenting issue/life situation.

The real psychotherapy skill is the capacity to develop and maintain an ongoing relationship. Through normalization, validation, and modeling, I can provide a safe place to process and heal the relational and attachment trauma which impacts an individual's ability to form and maintain a more secure attachment.

Expressive arts, somatic-based interventions, talking, and connecting are offered as I hold space for you.
