About

I believe humans all have the potential to develop, grow, and heal. As a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor, I work with individuals (teens and adults) and couples on issues related to depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career struggles, self-esteem, women’s issues, LGBTQ+ issues, life transitions, trauma, and grief.

I use a variety of therapeutic modalities, including person-centered talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and eye movement desensitization reprocessing. I use the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) in my work with couples. I'm also influenced by psychodynamic, humanistic and existential perspectives.

I believe therapy is a deeply personal experience and the relationship between the client and therapist is the most important element in helping you heal. It is a shared undertaking where a person can discover new ways of being and relating to the world.
