Jennifer Betts said, "While some climb mountains, others are carrying them." You are struggling, in pain, suffering & yet don't feel like you can find a way out or forward. Perhaps you've lost someone or something that was important to you. Maybe the weight of traumas, physical or emotional wounds, betrayals, or feelings of inadequacy & worthlessness are pulling you under despite all your efforts to hold on. You may not even be able to pinpoint what exactly you are feeling or why because everything is so jumbled and intertwined that sorting it out feels like a Herculean task. And, sometimes, life is just really hard. View 5 Photos You may think that being strong means doing all the hard things alone because you fear being a burden. In truth, strength is asking for help while feeling that you are worthy & deserving of support & connection from others. Knowing that you are not alone in this struggle can bring hope & a sense of being seen & understood that gives you strength to endure. I work with teens & adult & use authenticity, honesty, humor & life experience to be a support & ally. Listening, being present, allowing a place to be vulnerable & share those burdens without the need to "be strong" is what I offer. Together we'll find ways to help you make changes, overcome the past & improve your relationships. Please reach out.
