I currently work with adults using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT-E), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) frameworks to treat eating disorders, anxiety disorders, OCD, and co-morbid mental health concerns. My graduate pursuits were based on a desire to understand how and why people change and the unique, individualized aspects of the change process in order to provide efficient and effective clinical care. I consistently work to integrate evidence-based treatment and therapy processes research into my clinical practice. I am passionate about working with clients to clarify their personal values and helping them develop the tools needed to navigate the internal and external challenges they experience while building a meaningful, values-based lifestyle.
