I seek to understand the unique needs each of my clients within the context of their own ethnic, cultural, and racial identity. I collaborate regularly with parents when treating children. I have worked with children and adults within schools, hospital, and outpatient settings. I enjoy helping patients find their way to reach their potential. I administer child & adult assessments (emotional, cognitive, neuropsychological and academic) to enhance school & workplace functioning, relationships, and inform treatment. I have specialized training in psychotherapy for expectant and Postpartum Mothers and their families. I have experience and specialized interest/training working children and adults with medical disorders and the emotional issues that oftentimes come along with them; such as oncology patients & their families and children with crohn's disease or allergies
