About

I am honored to serve anyone struggling with any type of trauma/PTSD, addiction, depression, or anxiety who wants life to be a little different. Total healing IS possible! I have a passion for non-judgemental connection with people who are nervous about being vulnerable, don’t want therapy, or have had a bad experience in the past. It can be fun and is worth the work! I like to partner with you to discover your strengths and help you reach YOUR goals. My ideal client is someone who has a good sense of humor, a desire for change, an open mind, ok w/an occassional bad word (or two), and MUST love dogs. I do animal assisted therapy.

I believe in a relaxed non-judgemental environment where self-criticism and blame are left at the door. I use brain/body based interventions that work as efficiently as possible. I do NOT believe in therapy as a lifestyle; we get in there, do the work, and end when you are in a better place. If you need to come back, for any reason, my door is always open.

You can absolutely heal! The most important thing is feeling like you have a connection, can say anything without being judged, and feel seen and heard. Without trust the most researched interventions will be less effective. For that reason I offer a free phone consultation. Please feel free to reach out to me and see if I am a good match for you.
