At some point everyone faces difficult times. The unpredictability of emotions we experience when facing uncertainty and change can sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed and unsure of how to manage things. At times, feelings related to depression, overwhelming anxiety, loneliness, and overall confusion can just stop us in our tracks. Our identity and roles in career and businesses may change or need improvement. Our relationships can sometimes become strained struggling with communication and connection to the people and groups we must find solutions with to maintain healthy connections. My job is to help in these areas.

I have spent many years educating myself in philosophy, psychology, mental health, and business management and administration. All these years spent learning was so I would be confident guide in helping people move through difficult times. I have 20 years experience. Nothing feels better than to help people find peace, meaning, life and career solutions.

Counseling for better self-care and mentoring for professionals, teens, family, couples, and business leaders is what I am passionate about.
