None of this is easy. Maybe you're adjusting to a change, like parenting or job loss, and looking to find your identity. Maybe you're becoming aware of a problematic pattern in your life, like constant anxiety, difficulty with relationships, or intense emotions. You don't have to feel overwhelmed by depression, anxiety, shame, or anger any more. Let's talk about it and find some strategies to soothe it now, and stop it from reoccurring. If you're reluctant about therapy, I can reassure you that I'm not here to judge, and want to make it a safe and fun environment.

I use treatment modalities like DBT, CBT, and ACT to help you build skills to help you stop feeling controlled by your painful thoughts and emotions, and to get back to living your life in a way that propels you towards what matters to you. Each session will end with you making a plan to use your hard work from today in the rest of your life.

My goal is to always be supportive, accessible, and empathetic. Sometimes you just need one person in your day who's glad to see you, and I'm eager to be that person for you. I'll be there to cheerlead you even when you hate yourself, and help you believe that you really can feel better than you do right now.
