About

We all possess the tools to lead a life of personal freedom and empowerment. Life’s challenges are often inevitable, but we can develop the confidence and skills to work through them. My goal is to foster a safe and trusting environment filled with unconditional support when you bring your concerns into the therapeutic space. Individuals can expect self-exploration in a range of topics related to major life transitions, self-esteem, and relationships.

I utilize cognitive, existential and mindfulness approaches to facilitate self-dialogue in sessions. Recognizing that each person is different, we will work on a tailored approach to match your goals. My lived-in experiences offer unique perspectives to members of LGBTQIA+ community, collectivist culture, and cultural diaspora from immigration.

You should feel confident that a therapist is the right fit for you. I offer free, 15-minute phone consultations to see if your needs align with my services.
