About

Whether you are adjusting to life as a college student, somewhere along the journey of pregnancy and motherhood, or seeking additional support for your children, it is my goal to focus on the relationship as the foundation for the counseling process. I will seek to strengthen our relationship by providing a relaxed, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment. I approach therapy from a person-centered perspective, focusing on your individual needs and goals.

I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor and hold a certificate in perinatal mental health. It is my passion to help women and children with a variety of issues including adjustment issues, anxiety, behavioral problems, depression, family conflict, life transitions, low self-esteem, miscarriage, infertility, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.

I am also a registered play therapist and specialize in counseling children and teens. As a mother of two children, I love helping others on their journey through pregnancy and the postpartum stage. Please contact me if it sounds like I would be a good fit for you! Morning and afternoon appointments available.
