About

If your child is struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, managing emotions, behavioral issues, or any of life’s stressors, I am here to help. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker who provides a non-judgemental space to help your child navigate whatever brings them to therapy. Children can struggle to express themselves with words alone. My therapeutic approach is tailored to each child’s unique needs, often utilizing modalities such as play, art, movement, and writing. Every child deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported.

My work in both public and therapeutic schools is focused on helping children improve their social/emotional skills. Together, my students and I identify a plan best suited for their unique needs and work toward implementing adaptive coping strategies to manage difficult and/or negative emotions.

I emphasize establishing a strong, therapeutic relationship with children throughout our work together. It is a huge decision to bring your child to therapy and I commend you for beginning the search. I feel grateful to families who allow me to be a part of this process.
