About

I have many years experience working in a variety of settings, including community behavioral health, residential treatment, and intensive outpatient programs. I have worked with individuals with a range of struggles including depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and substance abuse. I have a strong background in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT), and mindfulness, and use an integrative approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.

I strive to show up authentically for my clients, and to create a safe, supportive space conducive to growth and healing. I hope to help clients feel comfortable with who they are and empowered to take on the challenges they face. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist.

I recognize the courage it takes to seek therapy, and would be honored to support you on your journey.
