Offering daytime, evening, and weekend hours! I work with individuals & couples to help them with the stressors of life; addictions, sexual issues, mental health issues and abuse all take a toll on our relationships. My approach to therapy is based on the care that I have for my clients and desire for them to feel understood. I strongly believe in establishing a relationship of equals and mutual respect between therapist and client. My clients come to trust their feelings, their thoughts, and behaviors. They become what they've always been -- creative problem-solvers and decision-makers in charge of their life choices. I offer you an opportunity to begin living life fully and with confident self-awareness. I enjoy working with the following areas: communication, conflict resolution, rebuilding trust, loss of intimacy, anxiety, parenthood/co-parenting, sexuality and sexual issues, & abuse. I've gained experience treating relationships and chronic mental health issues in various settings including psychiatric and addictions hospitals and private practice groups.
