About

Seeking help can be hard, and I acknowledge the strength it takes for you to reach out for help. I believe each person I work with brings a unique story to be shared. I treat stress, depression, anxiety, adjustment, trauma, PTSD, comorbid substance use, and SI. Often individuals I help are uncertain where to begin and state "I feel stuck". I am passionate about meeting the individual where they are creating an environment that generates hope and decreases the uneasiness they initially presented with. View 4 Photos

There is creativity in all of us, meaning you do not need to have experience with art materials nor "be good at art" to engage in art therapy. Including the creative process in treatment can also have many unforeseen benefits. Art-making can develop be an innovative approach to connect the mind and body.

If you have ever felt invisible and like no one understands what you are feeling and experiencing, I am here to listen and tell you that your experiences are real and they are valid. I will work with you to create a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental, and empathetic environment to help heal your invisible wounds, make sense of your past, live in the present.
