It can keep stuck in unhealthy relationships, keep you from making decision, saying no and speaking up for yourself all of which really just suck. I work to help each person find their own unique way to challenge their thoughts, calm the mind, work through the guilt, fear, anger and shame that may be holding one back from moments of joy and peace. I provide solutions and insight by highlighting the difficult truths and teaching empathy, accountability and vulnerability.
