I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing issues including anxiety, depression, and trauma. I work well with those wanting to improve self esteem, relationships, and functioning at school or work. I have extensive experience working with parents who are looking to gain a better understanding of their child, improve the parent-child relationship, and navigate parenting dilemmas. My training is grounded in psychodynamic and relational perspectives. I believe that lasting change, learning, and growth takes place in the context of safe and supportive relationships, and I aim to create an environment that facilitates this. I am currently accepting new clients and welcome those who are new to therapy as well as those seeking to begin again.
