Im a Therapist and Educator specializing in individual, and group counseling. I offer a complete-health based approach to treatment and want to support you on your journey to healing and self discovery. As a well seasoned social worker, with 30+ years of experience working with others. I am committed to promoting a safe, comfortable, and non judgmental atmosphere to relax, talk, collaborate and problem solve. I use different treatment modalities to best suit your needs. Approaches may involve creative arts, moving your body, mindfulness, and CBT approaches.
