Having been a practicing psychologist for 23 years, my style is cognitive behavior therapy. This involves changing the irrational beliefs behind stress, anxiety and depression. Specialties include women's issues, teens, children with behavioral problems, divorce, and drug and alcohol related issues. Office hours weekdays 1 to 9. Weekend appointments available. An additional area of interest includes media psychology. I've appeared on hundreds of national talk shows as expert guest and staff psychologist.
